- Do I have to return my fitness equipment?
- No. We will come to your home within required timescales with the necessary parts to complete the job there and then.
- Can you come at a time that suits me?
- Yes. We will let you know when we're coming and you won't have to take the whole day off work in order to wait for us. We can let you know an hour before we arrive to minimise any inconvenience.
- Will I have to find any of the parts myself?
- Not at all. We'll source parts from official suppliers and we'll have them with us when we arrive at your door.
- Will you come to my house?
- Yes, we can come wherever our services are needed within the UK.
- I'm moving house. Can Fitness World help me shift my gym equipment?
- Yes, one of the services we provide is assistance moving heavy fitness equipment. Just give us a call for more information.
- Are your parts genuine?
- Yes, they are. Fitness World prides itself on the quality of its service and this includes sourcing genuine parts for the maintenance and repair of machines. We won't cut corners and nor will we compromise safety.
- How much is this going to cost me?
- If your equipment is under warranty then any necessary service and maintenance is free. For out of warranty goods we won't charge you a penny if we can fix it over the phone. If, on the other hand, a home visit is necessary, we'll make sure you know what everything costs before we do it. Just give us a call and we can advise you.
- Can you take care of everything in my gym?
- If you're talking about fitness equipment, then yes. We're not tied to any particular machine or brand and all our engineers are fully trained to take care of all kinds of things found in gyms.
- Can you reduce our downtime?
- We certainly can. With a Service and Maintenance Agreement we'll make sure we know your gym intimately so that when a machine goes down we can get it back in use as quickly as possible. With or without a service agreement we can be there within required timescales.
- Can you help me identify problems?
- Yes, we can. Just pick up the phone and ask an expert.
- Will the Service Agreement be appropriate to my needs?
- A Service and Maintenance Agreements with Fitness World would be designed to suit the individual needs of your gym. What's appropriate for a hotel gym might not be right for a military facility or a small fitness centre. That's why we'll come up with a contract to fit your budget.
- Can you really cover everywhere in the UK?
- Yes, we can. Our nationwide coverage means that we can always find a suitable engineer for the task within required timescales.
- How quickly can you respond to our customers' support calls?
- We'll be there within required timescales of you logging a customer's call. We'll often be there quicker, and armed with the right information we'll be able to service the customer's equipment without the need for a return visit.
- What is your success rate when visiting customers?
- We'll rarely need to visit your customer more than once per incident because our engineers travel well stocked with genuine parts for every eventuality. Fitness World's expertise means that we offer an almost 100% first time fix rate.
- Do your engineers know our equipment as well as we do?
- Yes, they do. We send them on training courses to make sure they keep up to date. We also keep a comprehensive library of manuals on fitness products to so that we always know what we're talking about.
